Tutorials
Step-by-step lessons that walk one full feature end to end on real screens — a complete lesson for every feature.
WinTrack docs have two layers: the reference (the Operations and Fleet sections) explains every feature, field, and status, while a tutorial here walks one feature from start to finish as a realistic scenario you follow on the real screens — one step, then what you should see when it worked.
This section's plan
The goal: a complete tutorial for every feature on the platform. Tutorials are added over time, and each one stays updated as its feature evolves.
Available tutorials
- Blind loading, from order to trip — create a blind loading order, follow the driver to the scale, link the order to a contract and route, and watch a real trip come into being.
- Trip chaining — a next-trip offer for a busy driver — offer the next trip while the driver is mid-trip with an estimated completion time, get their acknowledgement from the PWA, and watch it activate automatically the moment the current trip ends.
How to read a tutorial
- Perform the steps on a real or demo environment — don't just read them.
- Watch for the "Success check" line after each step; it's the difference between "I did it" and "it worked".
- If something stalls, check the tutorial's troubleshooting table before contacting support.
